Policies and Procedures

In this section you will find the policies and procedures that RPCPs must follow and implement when working with refugee clients. The first document will need to be completed and returned to EMM prior to the newcomers’ arrival. The second document is for your reference. The remaining documents are for your use with the newcomer(s). We appreciate your implementation of policies to protect your client(s) and yourselves.
